“Be Kind To Your Mind” is an eight-week program designed to help participants navigate life stressors and train their minds to be more present based on their direct feedback. The program starts by focusing on basic tools for working with stress, worries, and fears in a healthier way. Throughout this custom program, participants will explore different techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety, practice self-compassion, as well as advanced methods for mindfulness practice, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of mindfulness. The program aims to create a self-care practice that is realistic for the average human to use in their daily life.

Mike Masse (he/him) is a mindfulness consultant, public speaker, and best-selling author who specialized in mindfulness based stress reduction.

For over a decade, he has been teaching adults, youth and children mindfulness skills to help reduce their levels of stress and anxiety. Mike has become a highly sought after trainer; facilitating workshops with educators, first responders, health care providers, and others who work in high-stress environments.
