Guest Bio
Cara Caudle is a dedicated professional in Early Childhood Education, currently serving as the Director of Childhood Connect, where she oversees nature-based programs and professional development for early learning professionals. In addition, Cara teaches with First Nation Technical Institute’s Early Childhood Education program. With over 10 years of experience in early years programming and leadership across Ontario, Cara brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in early years curriculum and adult education. Cara holds an undergraduate degree in Child Studies and a Master's in Education, valuing holistic education that fosters a sense of balance between well-being, growth, and connection across the lifespan.
