SOUTH LONDON NEIGHBOURHOOD RESOURCE CENTRE – EARLYON PROGRAM FACILITATOR
Day-to-Day supervision of the EarlyON Program Facilitator will be provided by the EarlyON Co-ordinator from South London Neighbourhood Resource Centre. The EarlyON Facilitator will be an employee of the South London Neighbourhood Resource Centre.
PARKWOOD CHILDREN’S CENTRE – SUPPLY EDUCATOR POSITIONS

GOOD BEGINNINGS – DIVERSE NEEDS FACILITATOR
The Diverse Needs Facilitator provides support and resources to licensed child care and community programs throughout Oxford County. This individual works directly with Educators in a unique and collaborative manner that supports an inclusive child centered approach. These supports are provided through an “Equity Lens” that is reflective of the diverse needs of children and families within our communities. Access to reliable transportation is required for efficient travel within the community.
GOOD BEGINNINGS – EARLY LEARNING RESOURCE CONSULTANT
Resource Consultants provide information, support and consultation services to families and early learning programs throughout Oxford County in a collaborative and flexible manner that supports the principles of inclusion and a family-centered approach. These supports are provided through an “Equity Lens” that is reflective of the diverse needs of children and families within our communities.
GOOD BEGINNINGS – SCHOOL AGE DESIGNATED EDUCATORS
This is a 12-month permanent position. September to June will be within our Before and After School Programs, as well as any Non-Instructional Day programs (PA Days, Winter & March Breaks). During July and August, the average hours per week will be 25-35 at our Summer Care program.
GOOD BEGINNINGS – SUPPLY EDUCATORS
The successful candidates will provide care for children from birth to 13 years of age, in a group setting under the direction of Good Beginnings Day Nursery. They will also ensure that they are integrating Good Beginnings’ Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging values into their environment. Positions are available at all of our 13 School Age Programs, as well as at our 4 Child Care Centres.

This position is responsible for mentoring and supervising staff in the planning and implementation of a high quality, developmentally appropriate program that enhances children’s development in all domains and in accordance with program philosophies and legislation requirements. They act as a role model and provide an emotionally supportive environment with ongoing support and guidance. The position evaluates the program and staff, ensuring compliance with the Child Care & Early Years Act and OCCC program standards. This position requires frequent travel across Oxford County to School Age program locations.
